In a 2019 London Property Alliance (CPA & WPA) survey exploring future skills in the sector, only 10% of respondents were from a BAME background. There is huge scope and need for our industry to improve our support and inclusion of BAME colleagues and communities.
This podcast explores what the property sector can do to achieve BAME representation across the sector. Our guests talk about structural racism within the industry and how organisations can introduce strategic plans to ensure diversity remains on the agenda of their business priorities. Guests will also discuss the difficulties for BAME people to remain and progress in the sector and the ethnicity pay gap.
