It was brilliant to welcome over 160 CPA and WPA members for our annual NextGen Summer Social.
This year’s theme was the potential for the property industry to utilise the skills, adaptability and creativity of younger professionals to transform our industry with new technology.
Our keynote speaker was RIBA President Muyiwa Oki who urged property professionals to harness the power of AI to create a more inclusive, resilient and sustainable built environment. This message follows on from our London Property Alliance research, AI and the Built Environment (commissioned by the CPA and WPA NextGen committees). The report outlines how Artificial Intelligence is impacting jobs and skills within the property industry, and what those from within the sector see as its key opportunities and challenges.
