This seminar explored Lambeth’s development pipeline, the regeneration around Waterloo Station, and the social and cultural amenities that make Lambeth an increasingly attractive location for occupiers.
Attendees heard from Cllr Danny Adilypour on the London Borough of Lambeth’s upcoming Lambeth Growth Plan and aim to attract investment, as well as Elaine Rossall (JLL) who provided a wider market update. This was followed by a panel discussion exploring the key factors driving regeneration and planning priorities in the borough.
