Internship Opportunity at London Property Alliance

Who we are:

London Property Alliance (LPA) is the membership body and advocacy group for the property industry in central London. We are the voice of property within London’s strategically important Central Activities Zone (CAZ) – working with our members and partners to deliver a more economically, socially and environmentally sustainable future. We are a not-for-profit and the only property industry body which provides a unified voice for London’s CAZ.

What we are looking for:

The successful candidate needs to be highly organised, enthusiastic and self-motivated. They will learn from and support a busy but small team during one of the organisation’s busiest times of the year. They will work across a wide and varied job remit, including event management, public relations, public affairs and stakeholder engagement.

As well as supporting the communications and policy functions of the organisation, the intern will be required to assist the Chief Executive and the leadership team with meeting organisation and preparation.

The candidate should be able to demonstrate the following qualities in their application:

  • An interest in property issues and an understanding of the political system
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Be ambitious, highly motivated and eager to learn
  • Experience organising meetings and events and writing copy would be advantageous
  • Excellent IT skills: the candidate will be required to use WordPress and the content management system HubSpot, therefore experience in these would be favourable, but not essential

Interview/start dates:
