Exclusive report preview: Social value in the built environment

This seminar, held at Quardum Global’s 11 Belgrave, provided an exclusive preview of our upcoming report Social Value in the Built Environment which seeks to define, measure and communicate social value as well as establish industry-wide guidance. 

Attendees heard from the report’s author Cecilia Lindström, Future Places Studios, who provided an overview of the key findings and recommendations. Our panellists then explored social value as an investment, the benefits of attracting diverse talent, the need for clearer policy guidance and how best to engageme with local communities.

Following the seminar, attendees had the opportunity to tour the building, which includes public realm improvements, urban re-greening and the provision of 14,000 sq ft of communal spaces.
