Lambeth is quickly establishing itself as one of central London’s most desirable office sub-markets. Three years on from the London Borough of Lambeth’s Sustainable Spaces, Flexible Futures report, which sets out its ambition to create sustainable, inclusive and high-quality workspace that will support growing and low-carbon sectors, this seminar will consider the key factors driving regeneration and planning priorities in the borough.
Spearheaded by our CPA NextGen committee and taking place within London’s iconic County Hall, attendees will hear about the development pipeline, the regeneration around Waterloo Station, and the social and cultural amenities that make Lambeth an increasingly attractive location for occupiers. Speakers to be announced in due course.
Our NextGen programme is championed by Gardiner & Theobald.
